Ron Mexico...

I'm sure everyone remembers the story of Michael Vick checking into an STD clinic under the alias "Ron Mexico". Well this years version of NFL blitz is featuring a team that represents the Falcons whose starting quarterbacks name is "Ron Mexico". I just thought that was funny

It doesn't matter to be if he changes his name to Ron Burgundy as long as he leads the birds to a Super Bowl win then he is alright by me!

Whoa there James I love MV and all but a Super Bowl may be out of the question with no one to throw too. Falcons have a good maybe evern one of the best backfields but they really need some WR's and Roddy to hotty was not the answer i do not think. Price is a 2 guy and you cant keep throw to ALge all day and win. But you could say the same about my Vikes also, with moss gone who will step up? Burelson is a good reciver but i still think he is a Number 2 guy and Taylor at the 3 with RObinson on the other side t give some threat deep. Heck maybe Williamson will stretch the field and open it up. Hey Kliensasser is back though so look for the ground game to be better and he will knock some heads off.

Well you are right a-ron it would be nice to have a top flight wide out but the Falcons played in the NFC championship last year without one and did upgrade the position a bit for this year. Look for Michael Jenkins to be the go to guy this year and Roddy too Hotty should be a nice addition in 3 receiver sets. Maybe not "the" favorite but the Falcons will be one of the favorites to represent the NFC in the SB.

If MV does it all agian i see no reason to not put them as one of the top teams in the NFC, Philly will be tough and i think Minny could give it a run but all is spectualtion at this point. Jenkins is a good WR and given a chance could turn into the big play deep threat the falcs are lookin for. Williamson is signed but i do not know how far he is behind at this point but the Vikes should be fine at WR and if Smoot heals from the neck injury the secondary should be one of the top in the NFC with the addition of Sharper, LB is still a ? but Cowart will help and they are young with speed to burn at that position, DLine is going to be the biggest improvement eith Udeze back at full strength and Fat Pat Williams to close holes to let K-WIll roam and get to the QB. Look out for Erasmus James to have a good rookie year dude is very fast and quick off the line so much that they may use at LB at times.

Yeah I like the Minny ViQueens team this year and they looked to be solid defensively...They won't be as dynamic without Moss offensively but Tice isn't that type of a coach anyway. They could help there defense out even more my handing to Bennett and Moore a little more often this year even though they will miss Onterrio Canada Smith. They have the talent to be in the mix in the NFC without a doubt.

VIQueens? Now that is a little harsh isnt it? I can call any team with a 275 lb QB a queen. I think you will see more of the running game this season with Kliensasser and Rosey back to block. Also i think a more balanced attack will be better for them than a go deep philosophy. Moss will still be a guy that i pull for mainly because of the Raiders and that they are in the AFC, probably the only team that i would like in the AFC would be the silver and black and he will have a monster year just wait and see. But the Vikes O will move the ball more consistant i feel but just not take a big chunk out of you like Moss can.

No doubt the Raiders will be dangerous even if they can just get average play out of Kerry Collins. They will be scary to defend and the addition of Lamont Jordan gives them a nice change of pace...glad my Falcons don't play 'em, Atlanta has a tough enough schedule already.

Only thing about Oakland will be that they will have to outscore teams to win becasue their D is old and slow, Sapp is near the end i think they may have Ted Washington at the other DT and there ends need some improve ment at LB they lost their best LB in Harris and at DB which maybe their strongest point you have a great one in Woodson but Buchanan is gone and I really do not see anyone but maybe Dorsett being viable to talk about. But Collins throws the deep ball well and he has the weapons to do that so I look for a 4000 yard season from him.
